My friend and Great Racer Ted Stahl sent a note about a wonderful event he had at his museum in Chesterfield, Michigan, for Veterans Day. Everyone who has been in the Great Race for the last three years knows Ted and Mary Stahl and their love of old cars and this country. And their museum is spectacular. I wanted to share Teds note here with all of you:
All: I thought you may like to hear about the Veterans Day event we had at the museum. It was outstanding and beyond anything I could ever have imagined. With an attendance of over 1,500 visitors and raising over $10,600 for the Wounded Warriors (Mary and I will be matching the final number), we proudly announce this event a huge success!
