If you like high performance hot rods or muscle cars, then the Powerblock probably rings a bell. It’s a very cool TV program that offers five distinct shows that air regularly on Spike TV. The Powerblock was created by RTM Productions, and features these shows: Horsepower TV, Muscle Car, Trucks!, Xtreme 4×4 and Search & Restore. While these shows focus more on the custom side of the old car hobby, they still offer plenty of entertainment for those of us who enjoy period correct and restored vintage cars.

We’re glad to have the Powerblock back on board with the Great Race in 2012, and we hope to continue a long lasting partnership with the Franklin, Tennessee-based production company. In addition to its enormous TV presence, Powerblock just introduced a new internet-based network that allows viewers to select clips or entire episodes of ANY Powerblock program to watch on their computer or app-enabled TV.
