Well, we surpassed the half way point today, and boy, was it a great day of rallying! We started from Cape Girardeau this morning and carried a head of steam into our morning route, which blasted through the straight, flat roads of Missouri farm land. We crossed a bunch of one-lane bridges, and had a super tricky maze that had racers scratching their heads. The folks who made it through sailed on to lunch, while others had to back up and make up the time. It was certainly an interesting spot in terms of photography and video! From there, we hit the road to Paragould, Arkansas for an awesome lunch! We had an incredible lunch crowd and chowed down on a major meal, which included very tasty cupcakes for dessert. Then, we headed East, back into Missouri and then into Tennessee on the way to our overnight stop in Germantown, Tennessee. Having been a stop in previous Great Races, Germantown was packed and they rolled out the red carpet for Great Racers! We had a great day on the route, so check out our favorite shots!!!
Thanks for the pictures and updates!!
