Founded in Lockport, NY in 1978 by Douglas McIntosh, MAC’s is the dominant source of parts for Model T, Model A, and Ford V8 vehicles. By the late 1990’s MAC’s covered all Ford and Mercury’s from 1909 to the 1970’s. MAC’s is well known for the quality of its products and for the extensive knowledge of its sales and customer service staff and its President, Rick McIntosh is an avid Great Race supporter!

Last week, Eckler’s, a large parts supplier for many classic cars announced its purchase of Mac’s Antique Auto Parts. This makes Eckler’s the leading source of restoration parts and accessories in Ford, Chevrolet, Porsche, and Mercedes vehicles. Matt Jordan, Eckler’s CEO, noted “We’re thrilled about the opportunity with MAC’s. Both companies bring terrific strengths. Combined with our 2010 acquisition of Dearborn Classics this acquisition positions us to serve all Ford restoration enthusiasts with the broadest, most complete selection of Ford parts available.”
