Founded in 1975, Corvette Central is a leading provider of parts to upgrade, repair or restore all generations of the Chevrolet Corvette. The company, which was established by Jerry Kohn, has a reputation for providing a comprehensive portfolio of quality parts with the highest level of customer service. In the 1970’s, Jerry made his living as a tool and die maker and fell in love with Corvettes. He found that parts were few and far between, and restorers had to choose between used parts from swap meets or replacement parts, which were of poor quality at the time. He took matters into his own hands by producing his first reproduction part: grille teeth for 1953 through 1960 Corvettes.

After the success of his first reproduction part, he built tooling for many other new parts, and eventually started hiring people to help with production, sales and marketing. The product offering grew tremendously, and Jerry enlisted the help of his son Scott, and many other family members on his journey to grow Corvette Central into a leader in the Corvette restoration and performance marketplace.
